A Joyful Introduction to Dance

Mini Movers is Oklahoma Dance Center’s premier early childhood dance program, thoughtfully designed for children ages 3 to 6. This engaging program introduces young dancers to the fundamentals of movement through ballet, tap, jazz, and creative movement—all in a fun, structured, and nurturing environment.

About the Program

Mini Movers provides a well-rounded dance foundation by rotating through four essential styles:

• Ballet – Emphasizing grace, balance, and coordination

• Tap – Developing rhythm, timing, and listening skills

• Jazz – Encouraging energy, style, and confidence

• Creative Movement – Inspiring imagination and expression through dance-based play

Classes are designed to support physical development, build confidence, and foster a love for dance in a positive and age-appropriate setting.

Program Schedule

Academic Year Classes
Mini Movers classes run from August through May, with convenient weekly options to fit your family’s schedule. Students may participate in our year-end recital if desired.

Summer Classes & Camps
We also offer themed Mini Movers camps and summer classes during June and July, which provide a fun and creative outlet during the summer months.

Location & Sample Class Times

Classes take place at Oklahoma Dance Center in our welcoming and family-oriented studio.

Sample Class Times:

• Mondays at 4:00 PM

• Wednesdays at 4:00 PM

• Saturdays at 10:00 AM

Enrollment Information

Enrollment for the 2025 academic year begins in July.
Summer program registration opens in early spring.
